Tournament Zoom Policy

The tournament requires that, in order to be eligible for prizes, players must be visible to all tournament participants on Zoom throughout their games. Audio and visual settings on Zoom must be enabled, as per the Tournament Director’s instructions.  The Tournament Director may also require that the player’s camera be adjusted temporarily to reveal parts of the room not otherwise displayed. Players not visible on Zoom are not eligible for prizes. Players on Zoom with an incorrect camera setup may have their prize eligibility limited.

By entering this tournament, the participant and the parent/guardian of the participant acknowledge that they have read, do understand, and do consent to follow the tournament Zoom policy. Any modifications to this policy will be posted on the HMN website.
